Yes, the 162 million hits means that the search engine found that many sites containing at least one of those keywords (not including "on"). They sort it via relevance to your search. The key part of making a successful site is to use a lot of different keywords so that your site shows up in many different searches. When it becomes more popular, it moves closer to the beginning of search results. For example, the "I’m feeling lucky" feature on Google brings you to the most viewed and most relevant website for your search criteria.

Be careful about anything with keywords like MLM, multi level marketing, Marketing Opportunity. Think of it as looking for any other kind of job. Would you take a job at an office if it required you to "invest" in "materials" uprfront? Or Would you take a job that a required you to recruit friends?
The best indicator is probably hints that your income will increase if you recruit other people to work.
