Author: Does giving your address / phone number in the online surveys or the ones that give you a chance to win something, for example, bring any consequences? Like spam, or anything else?
It is possible. I wouldn’t suggest you do that. If it turns out to be spam, those people who set it up can get all of your personal information and it could cause major problems for you. Then again sometimes you really don’t know. Usually you don’t win anything to be honest. But if I had to make that decision I wouldn’t take the chance.

In the future, remember that most of these online surveys are scams that work by selling your info for money and making even more cash off of advertisements.

NEVER give your details away on a computer. You don’t know who will receive access to them or what they will use them for. Surveys that tell you there is a prize or something just say that so you will give your details to them. If you give away your email your inbox is most likely to be filled to the brim.
Be careful, remember everyone can see anything of the computer, you must keep your details private.
